After spending 15 years in secondary education, I started a nonprofit, Reason 4 Hope, with a friend. Reason 4 Hope focused on youth and family outreach and from 2011 through 2022, I was the sole director. After completing my Masters degree, I transitioned out of the nonprofit and started this company. I am passionate about using my experience and knowledge to help others. I believe we are all leaders as we are always influencing those around us. 

I claim northeast Indiana as my home base, but love to travel and am able to do so. Besides consulting, I am an active volunteer in my church and organizing outreach and youth events.
