I have led multiple workshops with school groups and youth organizations on:
- defining leadership
- Identifying personality type and leadership style
- team development
- personal leadership
Groups I have worked with include:
- LaGrange County Community Foundation LIFE group
- Las Cruces High School Student Government
- Centennial High School Student Government
Retreat/Camp
While I was director of Reason 4 Hope, I developed and initiated a youth leadership camp. (This can be created for any specific time frame or need.) Camp consisted of:
- service learning projects
- activities on basic leadership
- team work and team building activities
- guest speakers
- goal setting
