I believe we are each leaders; each of us have influence on others in some capacity. I have developed curriculum that can help leaders (as a team of leaders or individually) reach their highest potential. Each leader will walk with 3 results:

1. An understanding of their own personality type, gifts and strengths. 
2. A personal mission statement to guide their life and decision making.
3. 4 strategies for overcoming obstacles and coping with challenges.

I have seen nonprofit boards and teams come to life as they each understand who they and have a map for growing personally. These skills not only bring about success in their personal leadership, but it translates to success in the workplace.
